Sweet Onions / Sets (plants)

Published on 25 October 2026 at 22:37

It's how it all started... The field was planted with onion sets from the Vidalia Region of Georgia. We set up a table on the farm and drove the truck around town loaded with onions. People loved them and suggested we should offer other things. But the first onions we pulled on the farm remain our signature... the photo on our logo. Walt orders them in August and they arrive the same day they are pulled, usually the first week in November for short day SWEET onions and early December for RED onions. The onion sets are ready for planting in your garden/field. Just add water, sunshine and TLC. Plant them next to strawberries and grow your own Strawberry Onions! Free delivery of full bags in the Dade City and Plant City area. CONTACT US and reserve your order ASAP!
